Annual Meeting 2021

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and out of concern for the health and safety of the residents of the Lincoln-Woodstock School District, the School District Moderator and School Board have made the decision to hold the 2021 School District Annual Meeting virtually in accordance with House Bill 1129. All information related to the School District Annual Meeting will be posted on this web page.  Please check back regularly for updates.

2021 Lincoln-Woodstock Cooperative School District

Annual Meeting in Three Steps:

Step 1: Virtual Public Meeting Session 1 - Tuesday, March 16 at 6:00 PM

During this session the School Board will review the Warrant and explain the Articles. The public will be allowed to comment, make suggestions, and ask questions directly at this session.

Step 2: Virtual Public Meeting Session 2 - Thursday, March 18 at 6:00 PM

During this session the School Board will review all comments submitted and deliberate on any changes suggested by these comments.  The School Board will finalize the Warrant.

Step 3: VOTE - Friday, March 26 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The voting session has ended. 

Live walk-in (in-person) voting will be held at the Lin-Wood Middle/High School on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.  A drive-up voting option will also be available. 

Registered voters may enter in the main doors of the Lin-Wood Middle/High School and follow the signage for voting in the multi-purpose room.  Masks are expected when entering the building. 

For drive-up voting please follow the signs when you arrive at the Lin-Wood Middle/High School parking lot.

There will be two ballots, the "alternate ballot" to vote on Warrant Articles and the official ballot to vote for School District Officers.
