Dori Weeden, Spanish/ELO
Hola! My name is Dori Weeden. I am the Spanish teacher at Lin-Wood Public School. I have been teaching at Lin-Wood for 23 years. I love the community in our small town and I am grateful that I was able to raise my children in Lincoln! The students at Lin-Wood make coming to work a fun experience. The smaller class sizes help form positive relationships with students. I enjoy teaching a foreign language and seeing the growth of each student.
I also have the role as an ELO coordinator (Extended Learning Opportunities). The school is very fortunate to have many community partners that support our students learning hands-on skills outside of the classroom.
My Education and Professional Background:
I attended Plymouth State University and received my Bachelors of Art in Spanish. I also work for the Virtual Learning Academy as an adjunct Spanish teacher.
