Dr. Mary Steady - Superintendent
Dr. Steady served as the Director of Pupil Services for the Lincoln-Woodstock Cooperative School District for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 School Years. The 2024-2025 School Year marks her first year as Superintendent for the District. Prior to her service at Lin-Wood, Dr. Steady spent 4.5 years as the Chief Student Services and Wellness Officer at Manchester school district where she oversaw special education, 504 services and multi-tiered system of support. Previous to her employment in Manchester, she was an administrator at the New Hampshire Department of Education consulting on services for children with disabilities and addressing mental health needs in schools.
Dr. Steady sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Maryland’s School of Medicine, Center for School Mental Health and previously on New Hampshire Children’s Behavioral Health Collaborative. In 2019 she was the national recipient of the School Mental Health Champion Award. She completed her dissertation work on the role of trust in the principal and teacher relationship and received her doctorate in 2024.
